Monday's are going to be marvelous with ninety minutes of effortless relaxation!

Each evening class consists of a calming meditation, followed by poses which are supportive and nourishing, and then we finish with harmonizing sounds of crystal bowls, hang drum, and wooden flute.
When our energy is harmonized, we are centered and balanced. This allows us to flow through life with a clear mind, peaceful body, and open-hearted joy.
Harmonized energy also reveals to us our personal truths, and the path we feel called to live.
